What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Faulty items are covered by our 12-month warranty – we'll replace or refund free of charge (including return shipping). Please see our full Returns Policy page for details.
Are any purchases final sale?

No, all purchases are eligible for return within 30 days as long as they are unused and in original packaging. We do not have any "final sale" items. Custom orders or heavily discounted clearance items (if introduced in the future) may have restricted returns – this will be clearly stated at checkout.
When will I get my order?

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes 2-5 working days via tracked Royal Mail or courier.
