What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Faulty items are covered by our 12-month warranty – we'll replace or refund free of charge (including return shipping). Please see our full Returns Policy page for details.
Are any purchases final sale?
No, all purchases are eligible for return within 30 days as long as they are unused and in original packaging. We do not have any "final sale" items. Custom orders or heavily discounted clearance items (if introduced in the future) may have restricted returns – this will be clearly stated at checkout.
When will I get my order?
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes 2-5 working days via tracked Royal Mail or courier. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. Express options (next-day) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are usually shipped the same day.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our orbital sanding discs are manufactured in Europe & Asia using high-quality aluminium oxide and premium backing materials. We work with established specialist suppliers who meet strict quality standards. All stock is held and dispatched from our UK warehouse to ensure fast, duty-free delivery to British customers.
